Very nice. I like the contrast between the blurred painterly style of the background and the outlined stylized figure. Its a good picture, but my sister mentioned that the metal piece on his headband is very centralized and that can cause the picture to loose some visual appeal or dynamics, if the right side of the picture was extended to make the figure less centralized then it would fall into the rule of thirds or something...

I don't quite understand myself, but she's halfway through her BFA, so I guess she might know what she's talking about. I wouldn't worry about it though, I think that this is a wonderful picture and the composition is just fine. It looks like a photograph a tourist might take.
